DIVE MASTER

If you love scuba diving and you want to do it as a career, become a Dive Master.

This course is the first level of the professional training, where you gain a lot of dive theory knowledge and management and supervision abilities. Start being a role model to divers by leading them as you assist their dives and training.

The topics and practical workshops of the program are: 

 

  • The role and characteristics of the PADI Divemaster. 

  • Supervising dive activities and assisting with student divers.

  • Diver safety, risk management and rescue skills refinement.

  • Divemaster conducted programs and specialized skills.

  • Business of diving and your career.

  • Awareness of the dive environment.

  • Dive setup and management.

  • Mapping an open water site.

  • Conducting dive briefings.

  • Organizing a search and recovery project and a deep dive.

  • Conducting a scuba review and skin diver course.

  • Assisting and leading Discover Scuba Diving programs.

REQUIREMENTS:18 years old, Rescue Diver certification, EFR training within the last 24 months, 40 logged dives to begin the course and 60 to earn certification, medical statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months. 

DURATION: Around 1 month. 

INCLUDED: Everything except fee and Padi shipment application.
